Between LUXEN GmbH ("we", "us") and you as the customer ("you").
These terms govern the sale of personalized digital Human Design reports through the website the-inner-blueprint.com, operated by LUXEN GmbH, Otterthal 6, 2880 Otterthal, Austria. They apply to consumers and, where relevant, businesses.
We provide personalized PDF reports ("Love Blueprint", "Manifestation Blueprint") calculated individually from the birth data you supply.
Presentation of the products on the website is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By completing checkout you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order and/or your payment is captured. Before completing your order you confirm that you have provided accurate birth data and that you have read these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
The price for each report is EUR 39, including VAT (as displayed at checkout), a one-time payment. Displayed prices are final prices; any value-added tax (VAT) due on your purchase is calculated and shown at checkout. Payment is made through our provider Stripe using the methods offered there.
After successful payment your report is prepared individually and sent to the email address you provided as a PDF. Delivery usually takes only a few minutes and, in any event, up to 48 hours. Please ensure your email address is correct and check your spam folder.
As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).
Your statutory warranty rights (Gewährleistung) remain unaffected. If a delivered report is defective — for example because the wrong data was processed due to our error, the file is corrupted, or it is not delivered — we will correct it or deliver it again free of charge. The accuracy of a report depends on the birth data you enter (date, time and place of birth). You are responsible for providing correct data; we cannot re-issue a report free of charge where an inaccuracy results solely from incorrect data you supplied.
Your report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, publish or redistribute it. All rights in the website, texts and report templates remain with LUXEN GmbH.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation and limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. We accept no liability for decisions you make on the basis of a report.
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. For consumers, the statutory rules on place of jurisdiction apply.
Should any provision be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. We may amend these terms with effect for the future; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
