Refund Policy

Please read this together with our Terms of Service.

Personalized, made-to-order — no refunds after preparation begins

Every report is calculated and written individually from your exact birth data. It is a made-to-order, personalized digital product that cannot be resold or reused for anyone else.

For this reason, and because you expressly consent at checkout to us beginning preparation of your report immediately, your 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply and orders are non-refundable once preparation has begun (§ 18 (1) no. 3 and no. 11 of the Austrian FAGG). You confirm this by ticking the consent box before payment.

In practice this means we cannot offer a refund simply because you changed your mind after your report has been prepared or delivered.

Before preparation begins

If, in the rare case that preparation has not yet started, you contact us immediately after ordering, we will do our best to cancel and refund. Once our system has begun generating your report — which usually happens within minutes — this is no longer possible.

If something is actually wrong (your statutory rights)

Your consumer warranty rights are not affected by the above. If your report is defective, we will fix it at no charge. This includes cases where:

the report was generated from incorrect data due to our error;
the PDF is corrupted or unreadable;
you paid but never received your report (please check your spam folder first).

In these cases, contact us within 14 days at office@the-inner-blueprint.com with your order details and we will correct the report or deliver it again free of charge.

Please note: because a report depends on the birth data you enter, we cannot re-issue it for free where an inaccuracy results solely from incorrect date, time or place of birth that you provided.
